I started Free Shipping Medical because I kept seeing the same problem over and over—patients and caregivers struggling to get basic medical supplies. As a nurse, I saw firsthand how confusing and frustrating the process could be. Websites were hard to use. Shipping fees made no sense. And there was never anyone qualified to answer even simple questions.

So I decided to do something about it.

Free Shipping Medical is my way of fixing what didn’t work. I wanted to create a site that made things easy—where you don’t have to jump through hoops to find what you need or worry about surprise fees at checkout. Every order ships free, no matter the size. Every product is clearly described and medically certified. And if you need support from someone who actually understands what you're going through, that help is available—just ask.

Most of the people who shop with us are recovering from surgery, living with chronic conditions, or caring for someone at home. I know what that takes, and I built this business to make it easier for you. No hassle. No fine print. Just honest service from someone who’s been there.
