Order Processing: Most orders ship from our warehouse within 1 business day. Orders that are drop shipped from our suppliers typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping generally takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. We do not guarantee overnight delivery unless arranged separately.
Freight Shipments
Some items—including furniture, large equipment, and bulky medical products—must be shipped via freight. These items:

Require 6–10 business days for delivery.

Must be signed for at delivery. If the delivery is missed, a redelivery fee may apply.
