Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States — no minimum required.

How quickly do you ship orders?

Most orders ship from our warehouse within 1 business day. Items that ship directly from our suppliers usually go out within 2–3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes about 1–3 business days depending on your location.

How are freight items handled?

Large or bulky items ship via freight and take 8–10 business days. We’ll contact you after purchase to arrange truck access, delivery times, and liftgate requirements.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of your order. A 20% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@freeshippingmedical.com to request a return authorization number. Returns sent without this number may be refused.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Let us know within 30 days. We’ll send a replacement or provide a resolution at no cost to you. Photos may be required.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes. We cannot accept returns on opened personal care items, special orders, perishables, or anything marked non-returnable on the product page.

Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?

Yes, we accept HSA and FSA debit cards.

How do I know if an item is eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement?

While we may indicate suggested eligibility, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm eligibility with their plan provider. Discrepancies and errors can occur, and we do not guarantee that any product will be accepted by your plan.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not bill or accept insurance directly. However, many of our customers successfully submit our invoices to their insurance providers for personal reimbursement. We recommend checking with your provider to see if your plan allows this and what documentation may be required.

Do you offer volume or wholesale discounts?

Yes! We offer sitewide volume discounts:
Buy 3 or more items – receive 5% off
Buy 10 or more items – receive 10% off

These discounts are automatically applied at checkout. For larger bulk orders or wholesale pricing, please fill out the form here or email us at support@freeshippingmedical.com.

Can I combine discounts?

No, only one discount type applies per order or item. For example, Subscribe & Save and Bulk Discounts cannot be used together.
