Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer fast, reliable, and FREE shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States — no minimum required.

How It Works:

  • Order Processing: Most orders ship from our warehouse within 1 business day. Orders that are drop shipped from our suppliers typically ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping generally takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. We do not guarantee overnight delivery unless arranged separately.

Freight Shipments
Some items—including furniture, large equipment, and bulky medical products—must be shipped via freight. These items:

  • Require 8–10 business days for delivery.

  • Please note: Although checkout may display a 2–3 day estimate, freight items will take longer.

  • Will prompt a customer service representative to contact you after the order is placed to confirm delivery requirements such as:

    • Whether the location has truck access

    • If liftgate service is required

    • Any specific time windows or business restrictions

  • Must be signed for at delivery. If the delivery is missed, a redelivery fee may apply.

We strongly recommend that you inspect all freight items upon arrival and note any damages on the delivery receipt.

Return Policy

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns that are not due to our error.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returned items must be:

    • In new, unused condition

    • In their original packaging

    • Accompanied by a copy of your invoice or order number

    • Accompanied by a return number that will be provided by our customer service team

  • Returns must be authorized in advance. Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

To request a return, go to you account and choose "Start a return".

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will promptly send a replacement or provide a resolution at no cost to you.

We may require photo documentation and/or a return of the damaged or incorrect item prior to shipping a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Special order items

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Expired or perishable goods

If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, please reach out before placing your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the credit.
