We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. Follow the instructions below to submit a return.
Step 1: Request Your Return
To request a return, please complete the form below. Submit a separate form for each product you wish to return.
Step 2: Receive Approval & Label
Our customer service representative will reach out to approve your return and send you a packing slip and return shipping label.
Step 3: Return Your Item
Please pack your item securely and include the packing slip inside the package. Print and attach the return shipping label, making sure to remove or cover any old labels. Then drop off the package at the shipper’s location.
Step 4: Refund
Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that a 20% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
