Most orders ship within 1 business day and arrive in 1–3 days. Freight shipments (for large or bulky items) take 6–10 business days and require delivery coordination and a signature. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

We offer a 30-day return window for most items, with returns requiring prior authorization and subject to a 20% restocking fee (unless due to our error). Customers are responsible for return shipping, and items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all required documentation. Damaged or incorrect items reported within 30 days will be replaced or refunded at no cost, while certain products (like opened personal care items or special orders) are non-returnable.
